ORDER:-
The following order will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazettee dt:17.08.2013.
ORDER
Whereas the Andhra Pradesh Treasuries and Accounts Subordinate Service and the Andhra Pradesh Treasuries and Accounts State Service, the Andhra Pradesh Pay and Accounts State Service and the Andhra Pradesh Pay and Accounts Subordinate Service, the Andhra Pradesh Works Accounts Service have been declared as Essential Services under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971) by Notification dt: 05.07.1983, 03.08.2011 and 26.10.2012 respectively. |
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section (1) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act 1971(Andhra Pradesh Act 20/71) the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby prohibit strikes in the Andhra Pradesh Treasuries and Accounts State Service, the Andhra Pradesh Treasuries and Accounts Sub ordinate Service, the Andhra Pradesh Pay & Accounts State Service, the Andhra Pradesh Pay & Accounts Subordinate Service, and the Andhra Pradesh Works Accounts Service with immediate effect for a period of Six months.
